- During high order volume or launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.
Tracking information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages after carrier shows "Delivered"
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
